His appearance comes while the controversy surrounding his disgraced brother Andrew persists, with reports suggesting he's set to depart Royal Lodge amid outrage over his 'peppercorn' rent arrangement after surrendering his Royal titles. The Palace is reportedly in discussions with Andrew regarding his future residence if Charles can finally persuade him to vacate his 30-room Windsor estate.
