On the heels of her new pop comeback album, Demi Lovato is headed out on tour.

Lovato will be joined by rising pop singer Adéla as an opener for the 23-city run across North America, set to kick off April 8 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The singer, 33, released "It’s Not That Deep" Oct. 24, an 11-track return to her dance-pop roots, following a pair of rock-oriented albums.

"With my past eras, I often wrote cathartic music about heavy topics that I needed to process," Lovato said in a Sept. 15 press release for her album announcement. "When I got back in the studio this time around, those songs just weren’t resonating anymore because I’m not in that place in life. I’m happy, I’m in love, and I just want to enjoy life and have fun. I realized it’s not that deep anymore, and that became the ethos for this album."

Demi Lovato tour presale, tickets

Tickets for the tour will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time Friday, Oct. 31, through Ticketmaster, following a series of presales this week.

Fans can participate in the Demi Lovato Artist Presale by signing up at livemu.sc/demilovato by Tuesday, October 28, at 10 p.m. ET. Registration is open.

Additional presales include:

  • Citi Presale (U.S. only): Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. local time until 10 p.m. local time through the Citi Entertainment program.
  • American Express Presale (Canada): American Express Card Members can purchase tickets for Canadian shows before the general public, beginning Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. local time until 10 p.m. local time.
