WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — The Georgia Attorney General's Office says another man was convicted for purchasing a 13-year-old for sex in a Warner Robins motel back in 2020, bringing the total convictions in the case to three, according to a press release from the AG's office.

They say 43-year-old Brian Smith plead guilty on Oct. 9 to two counts of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, one count of aggravated child molestation and one count of statutory rape.

He was sentenced to 25 years with only five years to be served in prison. The rest of the sentence will be served on a "strict" probation.

Smith's conviction is the third conviction so far in the case, which led to four arrests for the prostitution and molestation of the child.
