More details have been revealed for possible plans for 1,200 homes between Leamington Spa and Kenilworth.
Nub News revealed last week Richborough Estates wants to build the huge development on the land at Sandy Lane, Blackdown.
Ultimately the estate could also include a local centre, mobility hub, community park and primary school.
Richborough is currently asking Warwick District Council (WDC) whether it needs to complete an environmental impact assessment before putting together a full planning application.
In its submission to the local authority, the land promoter describes the 68 hectares of green belt land as "not in a notably sensitive location".
Currently the land is all agricultural.
