iRobot's attempt to sell itself has stalled.

Bedford-based iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Monday that the last remaining counterparty to a potential sale transaction withdrew from the process last week.
