Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) District 837 Union who work for Boeing in St. Louis have rejected the company’s contract offer. Union members voted on October 26, with the majority voting against the offer. As such, the strike against Boeing will continue.

The union continues to blame Boeing for failing to address the needs of its workforce. The two parties have been negotiating for over three months , but have failed to come to a consensus. However, Boeing acknowledges that many workers are ready to end the strike and return to work
