BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The price of gas in Twin Falls dropped three cents this week to $3.40 a gallon, according to AAA of Idaho.
The average price of gas in Idaho is also down a penny to $3.40. This is about four cents cheaper than last week, ten cents cheaper than last month, but still about two cents more than a year ago. Coeur d’Alene and Twin Falls tie for the highest average price in Idaho at $3.47 per gallon and Lewiston holds the lowest at $3.24 per gallon. Idaho stays in 7th place for the highest gas prices in the country.
The national average is $3.05 per gallon, which is nearly two cents more than a week ago. It is eight cents less than a month ago and nine cents cheaper than last year.
