UK households can have the heating on all the time WITHOUT paying energy bills. Elliott Wood, a 26-year-old who lives in a one-bed house in Milton Keynes, has told the Sun newspaper how he pays £0 every month in energy bills.

Elliott says he keeps his home at a toasty 21C constantly and doesn’t have to worry about it: because he lives in a ‘zero bills home’ run by Octopus Energy.

“Before I had a little one bedroom flat no bigger than the downstairs living room here,” Elliott said. “I wasn’t there half the time because I was away with work and I was still paying £150 a month for the electricity.”
