ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man who admitted to killing two women in 2021 when he was 15 years old, and escaped from the Bernalillo County Youth Services Center before sentencing in 2024, was back in court Monday.

Josef Toney, now age 20, appeared in court for another trial, this time, on the charge of escape or attempt to escape from jail.
