A fleeing motorcyclist suspected of shooting and wounding a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputy Monday afternoon crashed while being pursued by authorities.
Authorities were in pursuit on the westbound 210 Freeway near Claremont when the motorcyclist hit the side of an uninvolved vehicle, flipped their bike and was ejected.
The condition of the motorcyclist was not immediately clear, but video from Sky5 showed emergency responders rushing to the suspect's aid and loading them into an emergency medical helicopter.
Authorities were in pursuit of the motorcyclist after a shooting Monday afternoon in which a sheriff's deputy was wounded and transported to a local hospital.
