LONG SAULT — Three parks in South Stormont now have new accessible park equipment and upgraded safety surfacing.

Staff and dignitaries from the Township of South Stormont, Stormont—Dundas—South Glengarry MPP Nolan Quinn, and a group of local youth gathered together on Friday to celebrate the playground upgrades that were supported by an Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) grant of $168,000.

“Safe, accessible parks are critical to our community’s health and well-being,” said Quinn. “Through this investment, our government is ensuring that our incredible parks remain places of relaxation and fun for families and friends in SDSG.”
