REEDSBURG, Wis. (WKOW) -- A Reedsburg man is facing multiple charges after a string of thefts from vehicles this month.
Alejando Leal, 45, is charged in Sauk County Court with three counts of theft-movable property and one count of resisting or obstructing an officer.
According to the Reedsburg Police Department, Leal was taken into custody on Oct. 21 at around 11:30 p.m. when he was seen trying to enter a vehicle.
Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Oct. 23, resulting in the recovery of stolen property and drug-related items, according to police.
At his initial appearance, bond was set at $500. Leal is not to have any presence on the 100 Block of South Oak Street, 1000 Block of 3rd Street, 1200 Block of Hillcrest Lane in Reedsburg or any of the residences. He posted
