OTSEGO, Mich. — Michael Kilbourn was sentenced Monday for charges related to the arson of a playground in Otsego .
Kilbourn, 37, pleaded guilty to third-degree arson earlier this month. The fire at the Northside Park Playground occurred on Sept. 2, around midnight.
Kilbourn also pleaded guilty to a charge of stolen property and breaking and entering. He was sentenced to 57 months to 10 years on the arson charge, 47 months to 7 years on the stolen property charge and 47 months to 15 years on the Breaking and Entering charge.
The sentences will be served concurrently, or at the same time.
A minor was also charged in connection with the fire, though police did not release their identity.
