The Seahawks returned to work Monday following a Week 8 bye, and they are getting healthier coming out of that break.

In addition to the expected return of several defensive players, the Seahawks will also welcome back to practice rookie fullback Robbie Ouzts, who was designated for return to practice on Monday.

Ouzts, a fifth-round pick out of Alabama, served as Seattle's primary fullback in the first three games of the season while also having a big role on special teams, but he was sidelined by an ankle injury in Seattle's Week 3 win over New Orleans, and subsequently placed on injured reserve.
