BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - LSU fired head coach Brian Kelly on Sunday, one day after students chanted for his dismissal during Saturday night’s game.

The university also relieved offensive coordinator Joe Sloan of his coaching duties. Their dismissals came after recent sluggish offensive performances and an embarrassing 49-25 loss at home to Texas A&M.
“We deserve national championships, that’s why a lot of people come to school here is to watch our football team succeed, and it’s just not happening right now,” said LSU student Carson Castro.
