A 20-year-old suspect in a deadly Seattle shooting was mistakenly released from a California jail last week, authorities said.
The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is investigating how he was freed and asking for the public's help to find him.
Andrews had been arrested in California on Oct. 18 and was awaiting extradition to King County on a homicide warrant.
