GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Grafton man has been criminally charged after allegedly shooting his wife multiple times when she returned from a meeting with her divorce attorney.

Fifty-three-year-old Guy Paider faces one count attempted first-degree intentional homicide and one count first-degree recklessly endangering safety.

According to court documents, Paider's wife told detectives she met with her divorce attorney on the day of the shooting. She said Paider began asking what she wanted in the divorce when she got home, before becoming violent - grabbing her arms, throwing her to the floor, covering her mouth, and carrying her into the bedroom.
