CLAYPOOL, Ind. — Police in Kosciusko County have declared a statewide Silver Alert for a missing 79-year-old man.

Police say Dean Miller was last seen in Claypool, Indiana, about 120 miles north of Indianapolis. at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, tan cargo pants and a camouflage baseball cap and was driving a green and tan 1997 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 with Indiana license plate TZQ635.

Miller is described as a 5-foot, 10-inch, 200-pound white male with gray hair and blue eyes. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may need medical assistance.

Anyone with information about Miller or his location is asked to contact the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department at 574-267-5567 or call 911.
