PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) - The Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly signing veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Valdes-Scantling was most recently with the San Francisco 49ers. The veteran receiver has caught four passes for 40 yards in the 2025 season.

The eight-year veteran was drafted by the Green Bay Packers out of the University of South Florida in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Valdes-Scantling caught passes from Aaron Rodgers as a Packer from 2018-2021. He is also a two-time Super Bowl Champion with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 and 2023.

The new Steeler has played in 111 career games. He has caught 209 passes for 3,606 yards and 20 touchdowns.
