DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Broncos battered the Dallas Cowboys, 44-24, on Sunday, but several Broncos players got battered in the win, with injuries to key players now set to play a part in the Broncos' upcoming games.
The news that absolutely no Broncos fan wants to hear is that star cornerback and reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Patrick Surtain II, will miss four to six weeks with a pectoral injury, according to a post on X from NFL Insider Jordan Schultz.
Schultz also provided some type of silver lining, stating that Surtain does not require surgery, and he is going to get a second opinion at some point this week to confirm if the report for the expected time missed is accurate.
