OMAHA, Neb. —

Some in Omaha's Little Bohemia neighborhood are still concerned about parking in the area as a developer looks to build around 160 new housing units.

People who spoke in opposition at a council meeting in August said the developer hadn't been transparent or collaborative.

Clarity Development Company's Tom McLeay refuted that.

City councilmembers told McLeay then that they expected he would present information on the project at a meeting. He did at a Little Bohemia Business Improvement District meeting.

But those who told the council of their opposition then are still opposed today.

Shawn Kolterman of Kehm Contractors and Dave Hempel of Hempel Sheet Metal Works each told KETV Monday that they feel their concerns about parking have gone unanswered.
