INDIANAPOLIS — A group of Hoosiers gathered Monday to make it clear to the governor they're against redistricting.

13News caught up with them at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. While the governor attended an event inside, people outside voiced opposition to redrawing the map.

We've also seen thousands of Hoosiers sign petitions. Recent polls have shown a majority of Hoosiers don't support re-drawing the map mid-cycle.

"I've been a Hoosier all my life and so my roots are here and, of course, there are many Hoosiers I feel are lifelong that share similar values. We're fair, we're honest, we're hardworking people, and it doesn't seem that those values are being represented right now," said Anita Keddie.

Traditionally, Congressional maps are redrawn after a census. We'll see if Indiana lawmaker
