Pierce retires as Wyoming County IDA executive director

WARSAW — After nearly 30 years of involvement in Wyoming County economic development, James Pierce has retired as executive director of the Wyoming County IDA.

“I have had several careers since graduating from college in 1980, none can measure up to the satisfaction that I have taken in serving the business community of Wyoming County. When you have a passion for a place like Wyoming County, you give it your best to make it even a better place,” Pierce said. “Now that I have decided to retire, I can look back and know that I helped to make a difference.”
