Women have been part of NFL team ownership for decades, but the Indianapolis Colts ' success this season prompts a one-time MVP to consider greater involvement for women in upper management.

The Colts ' Carlie Irsay-Gordon , who has been on the sideline — wearing a headset and taking notes — for years, has caught the eye of Cam Newton .
