CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have made two additional arrests in connection to two homicides that happened nearly five years ago.

According to authorities, Willie Wooten Jr. and Anthony George were both taken into custody and booked into the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center.

This case stems from a pair of homicides that occurred on December 1, 2020.

A 61-year-old man was shot and killed outside his home in the 1700 block of South Kelly Street. Later that evening, a 66-year-old woman was shot and killed at her home in the 1700 block of South Willow Street.

A third suspect, Cornelius Beasley, was arrested earlier this week.

Another suspect, Khavell Williams, was taken into custody back in July.

Today, Wooten and George appeared in court along with Williams.
