Moirang, October 27 2025: A one-day State-Level seminar on "Life and Work" of Hemam Nilamani Singh, a renowned freedom fighter known for his involvementin the Indian National Army (INA) and who also serves as Deputy Education of Manipur, was held today at the Moirang College Hall.

The seminar, sponsored by the Nilamani Foundation, Moirang, and organised by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Moirang College, commenced with the offering of floral tributes to the portrait of the late freedom fighter Hemam Nilamani Singh.

The event was graced by Retd Principal of Moirang College, A Sharatchandra Sharma; Retd Head of Dept ENT.
