CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Kris Jenner (and her reportedly $150,000 face-lift) is channeling her best Miranda Priestly (from The Devil Wears Prada ) for season 7 of The Kardashians. The promotional clip shows Jenner and her new face exiting her Rolls Royce, and slowly making her way into her office. Employees are also seen frantically running around as they await her arrival. In true Miranda Priestley form, Jenner tosses several expensive items, including a couple of Birkin bags, and coats. She even asks her receptionist for “that piece of paper she had in her hand yesterday.” The show’s premiere shows the before and after of Kris’ newest cosmetic procedure.
