Elon Musk’s Grokipedia, launched as a ‘non-woke’ alternative to Wikipedia, went live on Monday, with its creator claiming the new site is already better than the world’s free online encyclopaedia. Musk also promised that the next version will be “10 times better" than Wikipedia, which remains the ninth most visited website on the internet.

“Grokipedia.com version 0.1 is now live. Version 1.0 will be 10X better, but even at 0.1 it’s better than Wikipedia imo," Musk said in a post on X.

According to a report by NBC News, and as verified by News18, some Grokipedia entries, including the one for Monday , appeared identical to their Wikipedia counterparts at the time of writing.
