The Hair in Motion Cosmetology Academy , located in the DeMello International Center Building at 128 Union St. Suite 107, is adding a new dimension to its beauty offerings: microblading, also known as cosmetic tattooing.

Salon owner Lilia Fagundes and Sonia Bettencourt successfully obtained a special permit to introduce the service, allowing Bettencourt, who has been a microblading artist for almost eight years, to bring her artistry to the salon's clients.
