A video capturing the moment a couple realizes they had purchased a fixer-upper, but with no funds to fix it up has gone viral on TikTok.

The clip, shared by user @katiegillard1 , features the text overlay: “POV [point of view]: You buy a doer-upper with no money to do the doer-upping.” It has amassed more than 417,000 views since it was posted on October 17.
