The focus Tuesday is on Hurricane Melissa as it nears the Jamaican coast. With devastating winds, storm surge and inundating rainfall/mudslides, the storm will likely go down in history as one of the biggest in the Caribbean — if not the Atlantic Basin. With a track far off the Eastern Seaboard, this will not be a consequential storm for us later in the week.
