The single mom of two never had plastic surgery in her sights but she lucked into getting a full facial makeover for free from popular surgeon Dr. Mike Nayak earlier this year.

It all started when Dr. Nayak of Nayak Plastic Surgery put out a call on social media last year for a live model to be operated on as part of his TeoNayak Masterclass in Turkey. He got an overwhelming number of people interested in being his subject, and he and his team whittled it down to one win
