A Capital Region brewery and tap room has decided to close its doors because they are expanding.
Fans of SingleCut Brewsmiths got some disappointing news. The brewery announced on Facebook that its Clifton Park taproom will close to the public on Saturday, December 13th. The post explained that SingleCut has outgrown its current space and needs to utilize the taproom area for beer and beverage production instead.
In the post, the brewery wrote, “This new business model requires a greater scope of machinery that occupies a significantly larger footprint.” In short, they need every bit of space to keep brewing.
