The City of Savannah will host three more family-friendly events, beginning at 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, with the Savannah Impact Program's Trunk-or-Treat Spooktacular , 2005 Waters Ave. Then on Friday, Oct. 31, the President Street Water Reclamation Plant, 1400 E. President St., will host another Trunk or Treat, and the SPD Blue Light Fright Night will take place at the Savannah Police Department's Central Precinct at 1710 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
