Spotify is rolling out a new, redesigned Apple TV app that’s reportedly “rebuilt from the ground up for a faster, smarter, more visual experience.” The new Apple TV experience includes support for video podcasts and music videos.

As first reported by The Verge , the new Spotify app built for tvOS is becoming accessible to some users. However, it’s expected that the software will be released widely to more users by mid-November. Once accessible, users will be able to watch video podcasts and music videos where accessible.

Video podcasts have been readily supported for quite some time. On the new Spotify tvOS app, users will be able to control the playback speed of the video as well as other controls while watching. The interface is quite similar to the one found on the iOS version.
