COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – The Idaho State Patrol is offering winter driving classes across the state, aimed at helping residents and newcomers prepare for challenging winter conditions. These classes are designed to provide valuable insights into safe driving during the winter months.
The classes are open to everyone, regardless of where they live. ISP recommends them for new drivers, individuals who have recently moved to the area or anyone who feels they could use a refresher on winter driving skills.
Each class is a one-time session lasting between one hour and an hour and a half. The course includes discussions on previous crashes, their causes and how they could have been prevented. While there will not be any actual driving during the class, a Q&A session will allow participants to re
