EVANSVILLE — The next EVSC school year calendar — the calendar for 2026-27, approved Monday night — looks a lot like the current year calendar.

Last year, the school board passed a calendar for the current school year that brought with it big changes — a "soft start" alphabet flip, an extra day for staff development and a July start for teachers.
