TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Pennsylvania State Police are ramping up search efforts for a missing man from the Town of Tonawanda.
Brian Serafin, 45, was first reported missing on August 11. Two months later and Pennsylvania State Police are now saying a vehicle belonging to him was found in the Allegany National Forest in the Wetmore Township on October 12.
Serafin is described to be 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt.
