Week 9 kicks off at Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday Night Football, as Lamar Jackson is expected to return for the Baltimore Ravens (2-5) against Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins (2-6). The two-time MVP and Florida native has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury.
