BPCL signed MoUs with OIL, NRL, and FACT to advance its integrated growth strategy. The pacts were signed at the 28th Energy Technology Meet in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Hyderabad: At the 28th Energy Technology Meet 2025 being held in Hyderabad, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ( BPCL ) signed three MoUs with Oil India Limited (OIL), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) and Fertilisers & Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), in the presence of Pankaj Jain, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG).
