NEW DELHI: The Mahagathbandhan or the Grand Alliance— comprising the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, Vikassheel Insaan Party and Left parties — on Tuesday released its joint manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, pledging sweeping welfare measures under the banner “Nyay ka Naya Patra” (A New Chapter of Justice).

Unveiling the document in Patna, RJD leader and the alliance CM candidate Tejashwi Yadav called it a “guarantee of change and justice” and said the alliance’s priorities are “employment, social equity, and relief for farmers and workers.”
