A man is in custody following a break-in at a marijuana grow facility in Cleveland County, according to police.

The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office says early Saturday morning, deputies were called to an alarm at a licensed marijuana grow operation on Box Road in Lexington.

After arriving at the scene, CCSO says deputies observed two vehicles leaving the area at high speeds.

When deputies attempted to stop one of the fleeing vehicles, CCSO says the driver fled, leading deputies and officers from the Purcell Police Department on a pursuit into Purcell city limits.

Deputies were able to bring the pursuit to an end by initiating a tactical maneuver on the fleeing vehicle, causing it to collide with a building along South Green Avenue.
