This week’s high school football schedule will be split between Thursday and Friday as some districts play a day earlier than usual to avoid a game on Halloween night Friday.

Meanwhile, Green Run, Lafayette and Lake Taylor all take a bye-week breather before playing a regular-season finale, with plenty of playoff jockeying remaining in the closing two weeks.
