SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KCRA) - A California family is reeling after a stolen car crashed into their home during a police chase.

The father ended up pinned underneath the car and critically injured.

A home security camera caught a split-second image of the car before it crashed.

Marissa Fulcher says her father and brothers were home at the time.

“Before they know it, there is a car in the in their living room,” Fulcher said.

Days later, the family is still processing what happened that Friday night.

“My dad’s fighting for his life and it’s heartbreaking,” Fulcher added.

The daughter and sister of the three victims is now watching her family fight to recover after a police chase ended inside their home.

“My whole family, they don’t have a house to live in,” Fulcher said.
