The friends of a north Belfast man whose body was recovered from a lake in Turkey earlier this week have started a GoFundMe page to help support his family.

Anthony (Anto) Smyth (39) went missing while out boating with his girlfriend Susana last Wednesday, with Turkish authorities confirming a body was recovered from Oymapınar Dam Lake in the Manavgat district of Antalya.

So far, over €2,000 has been raised to assist with the funeral costs.
