The CEO and executive director of the Fort Wayne Housing Authority, whose work has been recognized nationally, is taking a job in Cincinnati.

George Guy will become the next CEO of the nonprofit Lighthouse Youth & Family Services on Dec. 1, the housing authority's board of commissioners announced today.

Lighthouse has an integrated system that provides housing, education and behavioral health services for clients, a news release said.

During his tenure with Fort Wayne Housing Authority, Guy has led the agency through "unprecedented growth and innovation," a news release said, citing $250 million in investment and a repositioning plan that will unfold over the next three years.
