Chandigarh, Oct 28 (PTI) Haryana will move to a completely paperless land registration system from November 1, the state's formation day, making physical documents obsolete across all tehsils, according to an official statement issued on Tuesday.

Financial Commissioner for Revenue and Disaster Management, Sumita Misra, on Tuesday held a video conference with all deputy commissioners to review progress of the ongoing digital reforms.

"The meeting marks a historic shift from a 58-year-old traditional system to a modern, fully digital framework aimed at improving efficiency, transparency and citizen convenience," the statement said.
