Earlier in the day, reports indicated that the New York Giants were open to a Kayvon Thibodeaux trade. This came as a surprise, as the first-round pick has been one of New York's best players over the past four years, and you can never have too many pass rushers. However, they were believable, as the Giants signed Brian Burns to a massive extension and used the third-overall pick on Penn State's Abdul Carter.
However, it appears as though Kayvon Thibodeaux isn't going anywhere, as NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported the Giants have "no interest" in a trade. Ian Rapoport added to this, saying that "the Giants didn't work to build up their defensive front only to start tearing it down."
