Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Jha on Tuesday criticised the Mahagathbandhan after the alliance released its manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
The Mahagathbandhan, comprising mostly RJD and Congress, on Tuesday released its manifesto, titled “Bihar ka Tejashwi Prann,” for the assembly poll.
Attacking the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) over its earlier governance record, Jha claimed that the period was marked by widespread lawlessness.
“…During their (RJD) rule, riots, caste violence, looting and kidnappings took place on a large scale. People were forced to leave Bihar…,” he told reporters in Darbhanga.
