Jimmy Thelin has urged the disgruntled Red Army to keep faith in him and his three year Aberdeen plan. ‌

The Dons have won just two league games all season and have come off the back of a heavy Conference League defeat to AEK Athens and a weekend loss to Hibs. ‌

A lot of the Aberdeen support has started to lose faith in their Scottish Cup -winning manager but Thelin has urged them to stay on-side because he is only into the second year of a three year vision. ‌

Thelin, who takes his team to Kilmarnock, acknowledged: “You have to respect people’s emotions.

“We have been too inconsistent so of course they are stressed about this and not happy.

“They are showing they’re not happy and you have to respect that. ‌
