Jimmy Thelin has urged the disgruntled Red Army to keep faith in him and his three year Aberdeen plan.
The Dons have won just two league games all season and have come off the back of a heavy Conference League defeat to AEK Athens and a weekend loss to Hibs.
A lot of the Aberdeen support has started to lose faith in their Scottish Cup -winning manager but Thelin has urged them to stay on-side because he is only into the second year of a three year vision.
